When embarking on an installation job, we can help you every step of the way. Right at the very start, we can assist with any sales meetings. You can bring your customers to our Demo Room to show them the products in action. Our expertise can then assist in the beginning stages of designing and drawing up plans. We can help and advise the best products for the job. Our support however, doesn't just end after we help you choose the right product but will continue through to installation.
Although at Indigo we do not carry out installations ourselves, we do go on site to assist with any technical issues, should it be required. Therefore our technical support team have first hand experience of installations and problem solving and are just a phone call away.
And it still doesn't end there. If you ever find any problems or issues with a job, days, weeks, months down the line. We will be more than happy to help you sort out any problems or issues, because we understand that things just don't always go to plan.
