Technical Support

Purpose of the Role

Very simply- provide our clients with the best technical support in the industry for our products ensuring that our customers installation and down time is kept to a minimum and become a trusted advisor to them.

As Technical Support, you will primarily be responsible for providing our customers with technical support, system design, training and product specification.

We pride ourselves on customer relationships. The role as Technical Support will be central to the customer experience and the person will be expected to build relationships successfully internally and externally, working alongside the rest of the team at Indigo.

Experience

We are looking for individuals who have proven experience in a customer service environment providing technical support and have knowledge of AV systems, maintenance and repairs. A key requirement will be to provide advice and support on systems, programming, installations including having the ability to trouble shoot and problem solve.

You must also be able to demonstrate that you have the confidence to communicate clearly and effectively to key stakeholders internally and externally.

The delivery of training will be a key aspect of the role therefore having previously designed, managed and delivered training will be essential.

Area Sales Representative

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Very simply, drive our SALES revenue without eroding margin and give our current and prospective clients the best customer experience no exceptions, no excuses, no complacency.

As the Area Sales Representative, you will be expected to harvest and nurture new relationships with clients as well as drive sales to our existing clientele.

EXPERIENCE
Essential is a proven track record in a sales environment with approx. 3 years’ experience hitting and over achieving on targets. Ideally you will be from the tech industry or a very strong interest in this field. If you don’t have a background in sales then this isn’t for you.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

We’re not that bothered what your education and qualifications are. All we need to know is do you have a competent level of English and Maths which will allow you to do this job at the highest level in a competitive environment. Computer literacy is a must along with exceptional communication skills.

Management Accountant – Closing Date 21st August 2017

We want to attract a highly motivated professional to join the team at INDIGO in our Finance Department

Management Accountant

Purpose of the Role

This is a key role coordinating and preparing monthly accounting information to assist the Finance Director/ Managing Director in reviewing the management accounts. You will be gather information and complete month end management accounts and management reports. You will also take an active role in cash flow forecasting, training, budgeting and forecasting processes for the business as well as overseeing the sales and purchase ledger.

Experience
You will be either qualified or part qualified CIMA or ACA and have at least 2 years’ experience of industry. You must be able to demonstrate a level of commercial acumen and have the potential to be a strategic business partner at INDIGO.
Excellent communication skills are essential and you will be required to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
